Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland), the Channel Islands, and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2pm GMT/BST on a working day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
This means 99% of orders leave our warehouse within 1 working day (and usually the same day).

Delivery Times (after dispatch)

Royal Mail Tracked 24 / DPD Next Working Day – 1 working day
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – 2 working days
Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For – 1–2 working days
Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For – 2–3 working days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, weather, or customs (BFPO).

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and selected service.
We offer tracked options starting from £2.99 and free standard UK shipping on orders over £50 (or adjust/remove this line to match your offer).

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (all services are tracked).

Same-Day Dispatch Cut-Off

Orders must be placed and paid for by 2:00 pm Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays) to qualify for same-day dispatch.

Non-Working Days

We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or UK public/bank holidays.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or re-delivery charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch (15 working days for 2nd Class), please contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier.
